Doors model AVS with single or double opening with beating insulated leaves 52 mm thick with external sustaining sash of rectangular zinc-coated profile painted black.
Leaves made of internal perimetral sash of rectangular profile of 50x50x2, and covered on both sides with zinc-coated steel sheet 0,7/0,8 mm thick, pre-painted in Isotek standard colors (White-grey similar with RAL 7035/9002, other colors upon request), protection of the surface with semi-adherent film to be removed after installing (care of the installer after the pose).
The leaves are joined in height by an ?H?-shaped junction aluminum profile painted White-Grey for White Grey doors, black with other colors (only for leaves wider that 1440 mm), in internal insulating material 50 mm thick fire-proof class 1 (extruded polystyrene - Styrofoam), density 35 kg/m3.
The opening is made with black SMC hinges with double resistance ball bearing and axel of 20 mm in diameter.
Between two leaves there are anti-crushing EPDM rubber gaskets, that cover a 50 mm width, according to the norms, an optimal closing without the passage of air is ensured.
On the upper and lower side, the leaves have a black aluminum sustaining profile for closing, on which a 40 mm air-proof nylon brush is inserted.
The blocking of the leaves is made with an internal closing system completed with blocking rods, key and external cylinder on the main leaf, internal closing system with blocking rods on the secondary leaf (for double doors) ready for the insertion of a pulling handle.
