To satisfy the demands of the clients we have computersized preparing metal sheet machines, for up to 6 m long and up to 3 mm thick.
Used materials
- zinc-coated metal sheet, certified – made in Italy
- galvanized steel certified - made in Italy
- pre-painted metal sheet with semi-adhesive protective film, certified – made in Italy
and we produce:
- jambs
- corner profiles
- grooves
- side closings (space fillings) for carpentry and doors
- foundations, frames for fume trapdoors, continuous skylights, thermoformed domes
- ridges, subridges, pillars and joining profiles for containers
Cutting metal sheet
We execute cutting sheet from rolls, avoiding the length losses and implicitely the further costs for the client.
For cutting the sheet we use two machines: the cutting line from rolls that can repair possible defects of flatness of the sheet, it can apply a protective semi-adhesive film and the guillotine, for special dimentions.
