Steel horizontally sliding fire door, single- or double-leaved, that unites the demands of compartmenting of the big and small passages, without an obstacle in the rotation of the leaf, it satisfies the demands of the industrial halls, garages, hospitals and wherever there is the need of medium and small passages in the small spaces.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Door with fireproof approval following the UNI 9723 of MD 14/12/93 and certified in various European countries. Standard accessories and technical characteristics as of our production.

FIXED PARTS:

Horizontal guide - fixed to the wall by means of bolt fixed supporting brackets with hot fume seal shape and double track profile with two carriages each with 2 wheels. Additional carriages are supplied depending on the increasing width and height, projection of the guide from the wall 230 mm. Closing edge - casing fixed to the wall with metal bolts that incorporates a female housing for the hot fume seal and houses the weights that are connected to the door by means of a steel cable for the automatic closure of the door. Trailing edge - fixed labyrinth for hot fume seal bolted to the wall, coupled to the mobile labyrinth attached to the trailing edge of the door, ensures the seal of hot fumes when the door is closed. Lower floor guide - roller fixed to the floor outside the passage opening with sliding inside a guide which has been obtained on the lower edge of the sliding door. All fixed parts are in light ivory epoxy-polyester powder painted galvanised sheet metal similar to the RAL 9010.

SLIDING PARTS:

Sliding door - suspended from the guide by means of 2 or more sliding carriages depending on the width. The modules connect together by means of a screw fixed male/female system, the closing edge of the door has a housed handle, the trailing edge is equipped with a mobile hot fume seal labyrinth. The modules are in galvanised sheet steel and are pre-painted in light ivory similar to the RAL 9010 with protective film to be removed after fitting, high-density insulation. Door thickness 80 mm, space between door and wall 75 mm. Right hand opening with horizontal sliding to the right, left hand opening with horizontal sliding to the left.

OPTIONS:

Counterweight in trailing edge, insulated architrave, pedestrian door (these are not considered escape routes but service doors), speed regulator, end of run shock-absorber, fire prevention motorization with possibility of door closed function with door block by means of motor brake, choice of RAL paint. Two important safety aspects which are obligatory for the transit of persons or vehicles, are the extra end of run shock absorber on all sliding doors and an extra speed regulator for widths greater than 3 metres or surface areas greater than 12 m2.
