Gates with one or two side packings model GLASS DOOR II without guiding system buried in the floor divided in leaves made of rectangular profiles of zinc-coated steel pre-painted White-grey, (other colors upon request except Silver and Golden tones), each sub-divided on height by horizontal resistance profiles in established spaces.

The opening is made with black SMC hinges that bind the leaves with double resistance ball bearing and axel of 20 mm in diameter, some of them with closing ball bearing axel with PVC piston fixed in the floor.

Between two leaves there are anti-crushing EPDM rubber gaskets, that cover a 50 mm width, according to the norms, an optimal closing without the passage of air is ensured.

On the upper and lower side, the leaves have a black aluminum profile, on which a 40 mm air-proof nylon brush is inserted.

All the gates have carrying upper guiding system in steel profile painted BLACK (basic) with 3-wheeled nylon chariots. The sustaining of the gates is made with closing side mullions of zinc-coated rectangular profile, painted black (basic) with beating gasket inserted in the aluminum profile fastened on the mullion.

Every two leaves, the gates have an internal closing system completed with blocking rods (also for the motorized gates) ready for the insertion of a pulling handle, 50 mm spacing corks inserted in the lower side of the leaf during the installation.

NB: We recommend the insertion of an angle profile of 40x40x2 mm rectangular and zinc-coated in the floor (hollow space width + side packings ? pillars). It must be perpendicular to the lower brush at 45 mm from the maximum obstacle that covers the side of the installation, in order to create a leaning floor with 10 mm in the exterior to allow the water draining. The floor in the leaves? moving area has to be flat and straight. Otherwise, we don?t guarantee the perfect waterproof protection and the light-free space between the brushes and the floor.

Functioning is the same as for ISO DOOR I.

Every space can be filled with glass of various thicknesses, insulating panels or ventilation blades.

The panels and blades are inserted in production; the glass comes separately.
