Gates with one or two side packings model COMPRESS DOOR I with zinc-coated lower guiding system buried in the floor and sub-divided in 52 mm complex thick insulated leaves. Leaves made of internal perimetral sash of tubular of 50x50x2, zinc-coated and covered on both sides with zinc-coated metal sheet 0,7/0,8 mm thick, pre-painted in Isotek standard colors (White-grey similar with RAL 7035, other colors upon request), protection of the surface with semi-adherent film to be removed after installing (care of the installer after the pose); internal insulating material 50 mm thick fire-proof class 1 (extruded polystyrene - Styrofoam), density 35 kg/m3.

To allow the opening of the leaves at 90°, a pilot wheel is fixed in the upper side of every other leaf.

The opening is made with black SMC hinges that join the leaves with double resistance ball bearing and axel of 20 mm in diameter, some of them with sliding ball bearing axel on the lower guiding system of 40 mm in diameter.

Between two leaves there are anti-crushing EPDM rubber gaskets, that cover a 50 mm width, according to the norms, an optimal closing without the passage of air is ensured.

On the upper and lower side, the leaves have a black aluminum profile, on which a 40 mm air-proof nylon brush is inserted.

All the gates have carrying upper guiding system with one or two sashes to pack (gather) the leaves, with sliding deviating channel, steel tubular spacers all painted BLACK (basic).

Zinc-coated brackets for the fastening in the wall, upper carrying 4-wheeled bearings and axel of 20 mm in diameter.

Closing side mullion (only for the single side packing gates), zinc-coated rectangular profile painted basic BLACK with beating gasket inserted on the aluminum profile fastened on the mullion (side pillar).

Every packing has an internal closing system with zinc-coated steel blocking axels ready for pulling handle (manual opening only).
