Gates with one or two side packings model GLASS DOOR I divided in 52 mm complex thick insulated leaves.

Leaves made of internal perimetral sash of rectangular profile of 50x50x2, and covered on both sides with zinc-coated steel sheet 0,7/0,8 mm thick, pre-painted White-grey, (other colors upon request except Silver and Golden tones), each sub-divided on height by horizontal transverses (resistance profiles) in established spaces.

To allow the opening of the leaves at 90°, a pilot roll is fixed in the upper side of every other leaf.

The opening is made with black SMC hinges that bind the leaves with double resistance ball bearing and axel of 20 mm in diameter, some of them with sliding ball bearing axel on the lower guiding system of 40 mm in diameter.

Between two leaves there are anti-crushing EPDM rubber gaskets, that cover a 50 mm width, according to the norms, an optimal closing without the passage of air is ensured.

On the upper and lower side, the leaves have a black aluminum profile, on which a 40 mm air-proof nylon brush is inserted.

All the gates have carrying upper guiding system with one or two side sashes to pack the leaves, with sliding channel, steel tubular spacers all painted BLACK (basic).

Zinc-coated brackets for the fastening in the wall, upper carrying 4-wheeled bearings and axel of 20 mm in diameter, ball bearing for lower guiding system of 40 mm in diameter.

Closing side mullion (only for the 4-leaved single side packing gates), zinc-coated rectangular profile painted basic BLACK with beating gasket inserted on the aluminum profile fastened on the mullion (side pillar).

Every packing has an internal closing system with blocking axels ready for pulling handle (manual opening only).

Functioning is the same as for ISO DOOR I. Every space can be filled with glass of various thicknesses, insulating panels or ventilation grill. The panels and grills are inserted in production; the glass comes separately.
